The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, project delivery experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive complex digital engineering and product lifecycle initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams.
- Drive program governance, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting to senior leadership.
- High Ownership along with robust Project Management experience.
- Customer Front Ending Interactions & Collaboration with technical teams is a key requirement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAD, engineering & manufacturing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Manage vendors, system integrators,



and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
- Establish best practices, templates, and frameworks for PLM program execution.
- Lead change management initiatives, user adoption strategies, and training programs.
- Monitor KPIs and project performance metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based PLM deployments is an advantage.
- Project management certifications like PMP would be preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

- B.E/B Tech/MBA or equivalent
- 8 – 12 years of experience
- Project Management Certifications are preferred
