As an Individual Contributor-The role requires decent technical knowledge (UNIX, Database), business/functional skills. The role involves direct interaction with operations/middle office. Besides the day-to-day support, the employee is in charge of projects. Helped by the support manager, the resource works on projects which involves coordination and planning but also a direct relationship with the business line representatives/sponsors. The employee is part of the Application Support team. The PRD team is dedicated to the support of the applications developed for Equity Pricing Calculator. It aims at professionalizing support functions by allocating specific resources to that mission. As a member of the PRD/SUP team, the employee is responsible for the following functions: Provide Application Support for a wide range of applications working within a global organization

- 1st and 2nd level Technical & functional support.
- To work closely with the business, gathering their needs.
- Daily Production monitoring
- Process follow-up
- Regular Interactions with Developers and infrastructure teams.
- Responsible for handling Incident reporting, problem analysis, Request management
- Handle Release/Change management.
