Your Profile

We are looking for a PMO Support Specialist with strong document management skills, experience in bid processes, and German language abilities to support proposal development and client communication.

Must Have Skills

- Experience managing document lifecycle including proposals, presentations, and agreements
- Ability to ensure consistent application of proposal standards
- Skills in organizing and facilitating team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with CRM, Share Point, and relevant databases
