Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of store operations, inventory control, material handling, GRN, FIFO, stock reconciliation, and internal audits.

The ideal candidate must also have a good understanding of ISO 14001 standards and experience in maintaining inventory records, audit documentation, and ensuring smooth store operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and inventory control.
- Handle material inward/outward processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes).
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Handle internal audits and maintain audit-related documentation.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory reports, and store-related records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 standards and environmental procedures.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and other departments.
- Ensure proper storage, handling,



and identification of materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing company (Mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of store and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with GRN, FIFO, material inward/outward, and stock reconciliation.
- Valuable understanding of internal audits and inventory audits.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards and environmental compliance.
- Experience in maintaining inventory records and audit reports.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Preference

Candidates must have relevant Store/Inventory Management experience in a Manufacturing Company. Candidates from non-manufacturing industries will not be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
