Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries from Facebook Ads, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Call potential customers and understand their machine requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications and pricing.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain relationships.
- Generate quotations and coordinate customer meetings.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed machine orders.
- Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Experience in sales, telecalling or business development preferred.
- Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi and basic English.
- Customer-focused with a target-oriented attitude.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
