Interior site Supervisor (B.Arch)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee interior execution on residential projects, making sure work is completed on time, as per drawings, and to quality standards.

Qualification

- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential work
- Prior experience in interior site supervision

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior execution at residential sites
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other vendors
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and design intent
- Check quality of materials and workmanship, and flag deviations early
- Track progress against the schedule and report delays




- Verify measurements and quantities for billing
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Coordinate with the design team and clients to resolve site issues

Required Skills

- Reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings
- Knowledge of joinery, false ceilings, flooring, painting, finishes and services
- Basic AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and vendor management

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
