Position Overview

We are looking for a agile, enthusiastic and well-organized Tour Manager with excellent people-management, communication and coordination skills. Candidates with an MSW (Master of Social Work) qualification are encouraged to apply.

Applicants from different professional backgrounds are welcome. Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is not mandatory. We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability and the confidence to take responsibility.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using modern technology, digital platforms and AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage domestic and international tour operations.
- Communicate with clients, understand their requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators and other service partners.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements and tour schedules.
- Manage customer queries, feedback and service-related concerns.
- Provide effective support and assistance to travellers throughout their journey.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders.
- Use digital tools, Microsoft Office and AI-based applications for planning, communication and operational support.
- Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Eligibility & Desired Skills

- Educational Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work) preferred.
- Candidates from other educational and professional backgrounds with strong interpersonal and coordination skills are also welcome.




- Prior experience in the travel industry is not essential.
- Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, event management, social work or people management will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, professional approach and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic to good proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Familiarity with the latest technology, AI tools and digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site operational support whenever required.
