Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are curious, good with people and eager to learn.

You don't need prior experience. We will train you on our ERP software and the hospitality domain. You bring the attitude to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

- Learn and become proficient in the LUCID Hospitality ERP.
- Help customers resolve software and operational queries.
- Troubleshoot issues through phone, remote and online support.
- Guide users on the right use of the software.
- Coordinate with Product, Implementation and Development teams when required.
- Ensure timely resolution and a great customer experience.
- Understand and support users ranging from Stewards and Cashiers to Restaurant Managers, Department Heads, General Managers and Business Owners.

Who We're Looking For

- Freshers with Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Com. / BCA / BBA / MCA / MBA or any relevant qualification.




- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-friendly, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
