Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, result-oriented Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive who can help grow our business by identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and selling our software and IT services in the market.

The ideal candidate should understand how to approach businesses, explain software solutions, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, meetings, and networking.
- Promote and sell website development, software development, and other IT services.
- Understand client business requirements and suggest suitable software solutions.
- Generate current leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product/service presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Follow up with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research market opportunities and identify new business prospects.

Required Skills

- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and client handling.
- Ability to explain and sell software, websites, and IT services.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or IT sales will be preferred.
- Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
