Job Description

ELITE DRESS SPA is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations, manage employees, maintain service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
- Supervise staff and allocate daily work.
- Ensure timely garment processing and delivery.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain stock, expenses, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with delivery, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Candidate Requirements





- Previous experience in operations or team management.
- Experience in laundry, dry cleaning, retail, or service operations preferred.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
- Ability to manage staff and solve problems independently.
