Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated TELE CALLING EXECUTIVE to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in guiding students towards the right academic and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding academic courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and counselling reports.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.




- Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Candidates with a passion for education and student counselling are preferred.
