Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, drive business growth, and handle company documentation and business correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain B2B client relationships.
- Prepare company profiles, business proposals, quotations, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Handle tender documentation, vendor registrations, and client onboarding documents.
- Prepare business reports, agreements, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams and clients.
- Manage contract negotiations and follow-ups.




- Support domestic and international business expansion.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication, business writing, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Robust organizational, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Experience in industrial automation, engineering, or technical sales preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives.
