Naturals Signature Salon, Aluva, is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily salon operations, lead the team, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Salon Manager in managing daily salon operations and supervising the team.
- Drive sales of salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Convert customer enquiries and walk-in visitors into confirmed appointments and bookings.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain solid client relationships.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales targets, staff performance, and customer feedback.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Manage salon billing, basic reporting, and booking records.
- Handle salon social media activities and customer engagement.
- Promote salon services, products, and special offers to achieve business targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the salon, spa, retail, or service industry.




- Proven sales experience with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to convert enquiries into bookings, packages, and upselling opportunities.
- Experience in team handling and achieving daily sales targets.
- Good customer service and complaint-handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of billing, reporting, CRM, and booking software.
- Familiarity with salon products and services is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
