Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive responsible for visiting customers, generating new business, promoting printing ink products and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit printing presses, packaging companies and manufacturing units to generate business.

· Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.

· Promote and sell Flexographic, Screen Printing and Commercial Printing Inks.

· Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.

· Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat orders.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ink products.

· Coordinate with the technical team for product trials and customer requirements.

· Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and outstanding dues.

· Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

· Submit daily visit reports and maintain customer records.

Product Knowledge

· Flexographic Printing Inks.

· Screen Printing Inks.

· Commercial Printing Inks.





· Printing and packaging industry products.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant sales experience.
- 1–4 years of field sales experience with mandatory prior experience in the printing ink manufacturing industry.
- Must have hands-on experience in selling printing inks, including Flexographic Inks, Screen Printing Inks, Commercial Printing Inks or other industrial printing ink products.
- Candidates with experience in other industries but without direct printing ink sales experience will not be considered.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and regularly visit customers.
- Ability to generate leads, develop new business and close sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
