Job Summary

Greenroof Solar is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to handle company-provided leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert those leads into successful sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting assigned leads through phone calls and WhatsApp, explaining our solar energy solutions, conducting regular follow-ups, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into confirmed customers. The primary objective is to maximize lead conversion and achieve the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and handle leads provided by the company.

- Communicate with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.

- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.

- Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them into customers.

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team when required.

- Maintain proper records and update the status of every assigned lead.

- Build good relationships with potential and existing customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.

- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
