Job Description – Design Engineer (NX / Creo)

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Mechanical Design Engineers with experience in Siemens NX or PTC Creo for mechanical product design and development. The candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D modelling, assembly design, 2D detailing, engineering drawings, and GD&T.;

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and 2D engineering drawings using Siemens NX or PTC Creo.
- Perform component design, product modelling, and assembly design.
- Interpret customer requirements, engineering specifications, and technical drawings.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with GD&T; and dimensional tolerances.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and design validation.
- Work on design modifications, engineering changes, and drawing revisions.
- Ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements (DFM) and assembly requirements (DFA).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and production.
- Maintain design data, BOM,



and engineering documentation.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in Siemens NX or PTC Creo.
- Robust knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D detailing.
- Experience in part modelling and assembly design.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and tolerance stack-up.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles.
- Good understanding of mechanical design concepts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter / Windchill / PLM.
- Experience with sheet metal, plastic, or mechanical components.
- Knowledge of BOM management and engineering change processes.

Education

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Important Note

Candidates with experience in either Siemens NX or PTC Creo are eligible. Strong mechanical design experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
