Job Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is looking for a qualified BHMS candidate for the position of PRO (Couple Coordinator) at its Konanakunte location.

The role involves coordinating with couples visiting the centre, assisting them throughout their hospital visits, managing appointments, providing information about consultation procedures, and ensuring effective communication between patients and the clinical team.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to handle patient-related coordination activities with care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with couples and assist them with their enquiries and visit-related requirements.
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up schedules.
- Explain hospital procedures and consultation processes to couples.
- Act as a communication link between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Assist couples with registration and other routine hospital formalities.
- Coordinate with the clinical team regarding appointment schedules and patient requirements.




- Follow up with couples regarding scheduled visits and pending appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient coordination records and follow-up details.
- Address general patient enquiries and direct clinical questions to the appropriate medical professionals.
- Provide appropriate assistance to couples throughout their hospital visits.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle personal information responsibly.
- Support patient relationship activities and contribute to smooth coordination between departments.

Candidate Eligibility

- BHMS qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Previous hospital or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and couples.
- Strong coordination and patient-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Professional, patient, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
