Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing digital marketing projects and web development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent client communication abilities, and the capability to manage projects from initiation to final delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for handling multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams, managing client expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining project quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee multiple projects, primarily related to Digital Marketing and Web Development.
- Handle end-to-end project delivery, from project planning and requirement gathering to execution and final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day client communication.
- Understand client requirements, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Web Developers, and Designers.
- Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage project priorities, resources, and team workloads effectively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and share updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks,



resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and quality management.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, task trackers, and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience in managing Digital Marketing projects.
- Hands-on experience managing Web Development projects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, and Performance Marketing.
- Good understanding of website development processes, technologies, and project workflows.
- Excellent client communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services Company.
- Robust client-handling and team-management experience.
- Ability to independently manage projects and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
- A proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
