Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive qualified to manage prospect database building, business email discovery, data enrichment and scalable cold email outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Research companies and decision-makers across Google Maps, LinkedIn and other business sources.
- Extract, enrich, verify and organize large prospect databases.
- Use AI research and email-finding tools to improve data accuracy.
- Create targeted email lists and execute outreach sequences.
- Manage follow-ups, campaign optimization and lead tracking.
- Maintain email exclusion lists and follow applicable privacy and outreach requirements.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in business email discovery, verification or cold email campaigns.
- Knowledge of Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, Clay or similar tools.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Basic understanding of bounce rates, spam indicators and email deliverability.
Performance focus: Verified prospects, data accuracy, deliverability, positive replies and qualified leads.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
