Nursify Global is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiters to join our team for overseas recruitment operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact candidates through phone calls and explain available overseas job opportunities.
- Identify and source suitable candidates for international job vacancies.
- Communicate with candidates and understand their qualifications and job preferences.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Coordinate with candidates and assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Plus Two (12th Pass) or above.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and Malayalam.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Salary will depend on the candidate's skills and experience.
