AAC Factory Boiler Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the boiler to ensure continuous steam supply for AAC Blocks production.
- Maintain required steam pressure and temperature as per production requirements.
- Monitor boiler water level, fuel consumption and operating conditions.
- Conduct routine inspection and cleaning of the boiler and associated equipment.
- Monitor water quality and carry out regular blowdown as per operating procedures.
- Identify abnormalities, leakages and pressure fluctuations and report immediately.
- Maintain daily boiler operation and fuel consumption records.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with the autoclave operator to maintain uninterrupted steam supply.
