Profile Overview

Achyutam Technology is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and advertising spend.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Generate regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and overall campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising platforms.

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
- Understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns and budgets.
