We're looking for ambitious, proactive, and growth-oriented individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in market expansion, sales and client relationship management within the software industry.

Internship Program:

- 3 months' paid internship with a stipend in range of 8k -15k per month(varies as per candidature) + incentives on closures (range from 2000 to 20000)
- High-performing interns will be considered for full-time job offers upon successful completion of the program.
- You will work closely with our Higher Business Leaders to identify opportunities, support client acquisition, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibility Areas:

The internship involves:

- Understanding the products and services offered by Unistanz.
- Mentorship from Higher Business Leaders
- Cold calling with leads generated through marketing software platforms
- Engaging with existing and new clients to build a long term relationship.
- In person visits and meetings with our clients and partners with leading Banking & Insurance and Financial services organisations
- Generating positive leads.
- Converting leads to actual business.

Ideal candidates should have:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in BBA, BMS, MBA, MMS, B.Tech, or B.Com (Marketing specialization preferred).
- A keen interest in Business Growth,



Market Expansion, Marketing, and Technology-driven products & services.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Lead Generation, Sales, or Client Interaction.
- Innovative ideas on the table are welcome
- Hands-on exposure to lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms will be a plus.
- Awareness of current technology, automation, and digital business trends.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
