Job Summary
Profiles Educational Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Idukki branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, leading the team, developing business opportunities and achieving student admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and administration.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the branch team.
- Develop strategies to generate student enquiries and admissions.
- Build relationships with schools, educational institutions and other organisations.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the branch's reach.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of admission targets.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, school visits and educational seminars.
- Maintain daily,
weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure excellent student and parent relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, branch management or team leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in educational consultancy or the admission industry will be an added advantage.
