About the role

GyanTaal.ai is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented COO to manage the complete functioning of its AI learning and training center. The candidate will be responsible for center operations, team management, AI course delivery, student engagement, business development, partnerships, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and operational capabilities, business acumen, and a practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

1. Center operations and management

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the center.
- Develop operational strategies, processes, and performance standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination between academic, sales, marketing, HR, and administrative teams.
- Monitor center performance and report progress, challenges, and results to senior management.

2. AI knowledge and course delivery

- Develop a working understanding of AI, Generative AI, ChatGPT, AI agents, automation, and prompt engineering.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to ensure effective course delivery.
- Ensure training programs remain relevant to industry requirements.
- Organize AI workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and student engagement activities.

3. Team leadership and people management

- Lead and manage trainers, sales executives, academic coordinators, and operations staff.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate team members.
- Set individual and team KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Resolve team issues and ensure accountability for business targets.

4. Business development and revenue growth





- Drive student admissions, course enrollments, and revenue generation.
- Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, corporates, and industry professionals.
- Identify recent business opportunities and execute growth strategies.
- Monitor leads, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition.

5. Student experience and placement support

- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the learning journey.
- Monitor student feedback, attendance, course completion, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate career guidance, industry interactions, internships, and placement initiatives where applicable.

6. Reporting and performance management

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track enrollment targets, revenue, operational costs, trainer performance, and student outcomes.
- Maintain process compliance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Required qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Management, Business Administration, IT, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in center management, EdTech, training, education, business operations, or business development.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies, or the ability to develop practical AI expertise.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, targets, and operational KPIs.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to build and scale a growing business.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
