Job Description.

We are seeking professionals with strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Functional Modules, SAP Implementation, Configuration, Integration and Production Support.

Required SAP Skills & Expertise

1. SAP Core Platforms

- SAP ECC
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Fiori
- SAP ERP business processes
- SAP implementation and support lifecycle

2. SAP Functional Modules

Strong hands-on expertise in at least two or three of the following modules, preferably with cross-module integration experience:

- SAP PP – Production Planning
- SAP MM – Materials Management
- SAP SD – Sales and Distribution
- SAP FICO – Financial Accounting and Controlling
- SAP QM – Quality Management
- SAP WM / EWM – Warehouse Management
- SAP PM / EAM – Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management
- SAP PS – Project System
- SAP SCM – Supply Chain Management

3. SAP Technical & Integration Knowledge

Practical understanding of relevant SAP technical concepts, such as:

- SAP ABAP and debugging fundamentals
- SAP BAPI, RFC, IDoc and interfaces
- SAP OData services and APIs
- SAP Fiori applications
- SAP BTP fundamentals
- SAP Integration Suite / CPI fundamentals
- SAP HANA database fundamentals
- Cross-module integration and troubleshooting

Deep expertise in all these technologies is not mandatory; working knowledge and relevant integration experience are expected.

4. SAP Configuration & Business Processes

- SAP functional configuration and customization
- SPRO configuration
- Master Data Management
- Business process mapping
- End-to-end SAP business processes
- Functional specifications




- Configuration documentation
- Gap analysis and solution design
- Cross-functional module integration

5. SAP Implementation & Production Support

- End-to-end SAP implementations
- SAP S/4HANA migration and rollout projects
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Cutover and Go-Live activities
- Hypercare support
- Production incident management
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- SAP Solution Manager
- Change requests and enhancements

6. Additional SAP Technologies (Preferred)

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

- SAP Ariba
- SAP IBP
- SAP BW/4HANA
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP BTP
- SAP CPI / Integration Suite

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of skilled SAP consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Deep expertise in at least one SAP module, preferably with working experience in two or more additional modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP functional configuration and business processes.
- Practical experience with cross-module integration.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or production support projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain SAP technical and functional concepts through real-world project scenarios.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience mentoring SAP consultants or conducting technical interviews is an advantage.
- Comfortable supporting multiple SAP-related job positions within their areas of expertise.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
