Job Description

ALIMS School of Business is looking for a motivated and student-focused Career Coach to guide students in identifying their career goals, developing professional skills, and exploring suitable career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a background in Social Work or Psychology, strong communication skills, and a passion for student development.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students in identifying their career interests, strengths, and professional goals.
- Conduct individual and group career guidance sessions for students.
- Provide guidance on career planning, resume preparation, interview skills, and workplace readiness.
- Conduct workshops and sessions to improve students' communication and professional skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide appropriate follow-up support.
- Motivate students to achieve their academic and career objectives.




- Maintain records of career guidance sessions and student progress.
- Coordinate with academic teams to support student development initiatives.
- Organise student development programmes and career-related activities.
- Prepare reports on career coaching activities and student progress.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Psychology.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, mentoring, and student guidance abilities.
- Positive presentation and session-handling skills.
- Empathetic and student-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
