About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who understands brand building, paid advertising, D2C marketing and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Building: Understand brand positioning, develop marketing strategies and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms.
- Social Media: Manage social media platforms, content strategies and monthly content calendars.
- D2C Marketing: Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and conversions.
- Website Experience: Understand the complete customer journey and optimize website navigation, landing pages and user experience to improve conversions.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Improve website visibility, organic traffic and overall performance.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:



Research competitors, market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, advertising budgets, ROI and conversions to drive better results.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and performance advertising.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in D2C or e-commerce marketing.
- Knowledge of website optimization, customer journey and conversion strategies.
- Experience managing content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical, creative and communication skills.
