Job Details:

- Position: Malayalam Voice Process / Telesales Executive
- Locations: Coimbatore, Bangalore & Chennai
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Shift: Day Shift
- Process: Voice Process – Telesales

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote products and services through telephone conversations.
- Explain product features, benefits and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate sales leads.




- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
