About the Job

We are hiring a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil construction work on our refinery and oil & gas projects. You will supervise roads, buildings, foundations, and drainage works while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

- Supervise civil works: earthwork, roads, pavements, culverts, and drainage
- Oversee building construction, including control rooms, substations, workshops, and warehouses
- Manage RCC and PCC foundations for equipment, pipe racks, tanks, and structures
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and raise RFIs when needed
- Prepare schedules, method statements, and resource plans
- Implement QA/QC procedures for concrete, reinforcement, soil compaction, and pavement
- Verify measurements, certify contractor bills, and track project costs
- Enforce HSE rules, permit-to-work systems, and conduct toolbox talks
- Coordinate with mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation teams
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and supervisors

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
- in Civil Engineering
- 4 to 5+ years of civil construction experience
- Experience in refinery, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in road works (subgrade, sub-base, WMM, bituminous and concrete pavement)
- Strong knowledge of building construction (RCC, masonry, finishing)
- Knowledge of IS, IRC, API, and ASTM codes
- Skilled in quantity estimation, billing, and drawing review
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project or Primavera

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
