Katyals Couture is a premium fashion retail brand specializing in elegant ethnic and contemporary Indian wear. We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and customer-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage the sales team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of the fashion retail store.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Monitor daily sales, store performance, and operational efficiency.

2. Sales & Revenue Management

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store revenue.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Implement strategies to increase walk-in conversions and average transaction value.
- Encourage repeat customers and build long-term relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

3. Staff Management

- Supervise, train, and motivate sales executives.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure punctuality, discipline, grooming, and professional conduct.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage daily task allocation.

4. Inventory & Merchandising

- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and replenishment.
- Ensure proper tagging, pricing, folding,



and display of merchandise.
- Coordinate stocktaking and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Ensure proper handling and security of merchandise.

5. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain customer databases and purchase records.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, and arrivals.
- Build customer loyalty and ensure excellent shopping experiences.

6. Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily sales reports and monthly performance summaries.
- Maintain billing, cash handling, and transaction records.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and staff requirements.
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fashion retail or apparel store management.
- Experience in ethnic wear, designer wear, or premium fashion retail preferred.
- Solid sales, leadership, and customer management skills.
- Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and retail reporting.
- Qualified appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat customer rate.
- Inventory accuracy and stock management.
- Staff productivity and discipline.
- Store presentation and operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the store, lead the team, and contribute directly to the growth of Katyals Couture.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
