Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure the timely execution of marketing activities, including creative development, calendar management, follow-ups, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Marketing team for the development and delivery of marketing creatives.
- Follow up on the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Monitor the status and output of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of marketing deliverables.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, campaign outputs, and performance reports.
- Prepare and submit periodic marketing reports to the AGM – Real Estate.
- Track pending activities and follow up with the concerned teams for timely closure.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Ensure consistency in marketing communication and adherence to approved timelines.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, digital campaigns, and content planning will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to monitor deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Preferred Skills

- Practical knowledge of social media marketing.
- Understanding of marketing calendars, content schedules, and campaign performance.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams, agencies, or digital marketing professionals.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
