We are looking for a dedicated and passionate History Teacher to educate students on human history, past civilizations, and significant historical events. The ideal candidate will help students build critical thinking, research, and analytical skills while strictly aligning with the CBSE and ICSE curriculum guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

* Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging history lessons in strict compliance with CBSE (NCERT) and ICSE board standards.

* Assessment & Grading: Design and evaluate regular assignments, unit tests, and board-pattern mock exams to prepare students for final board assessments.

* Analytical Skill Development: Teach students to evaluate primary and secondary historical sources, mapping skills, and chronologies.

* Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning styles.

* Board Documentation: Maintain academic records, lesson plans, student performance logs,



and internal assessment grades as required by the board.

* Collaboration: Partner with department colleagues and attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History.

* Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience in a recognized CBSE or ICSE school.

* Board Familiarity: Deep understanding of the CBSE and ICSE syllabus patterns, marking schemes, and question frameworks.

* Skills: Excellent communication in English, robust public speaking abilities, and proficiency in digital teaching tools (smartboards, ERP portals)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
