Delivery Skills required are :
Deliver L3 operational support for AWS cloud services.
Independently execute infrastructure tasks using AWS CLI, Terraform scripts, and CloudFormation templates, including deployments, health checks, and remediation actions.
Participate in infrastructure automation initiatives by executing and improving Ansible playbooks under guidance.
Perform routine administrative tasks on Windows and Linux servers, including health checks, log reviews, user/service management, and patch validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure performance, security, and compliance with operational standards.
Maintain and update infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and change records following ITIL-based processes.
Apply cost governance practices, tagging policies, and compliance guidelines in AWS environments.
Hands-on experience managing core AWS services.
Proficiency in independently troubleshooting AWS issues, deploying services, and optimizing configurations.




Ability to write, execute, and modify scripts for AWS automation using AWS CLI, Bash, or Python.
Basic to intermediate understanding of Ansible playbooks, inventories, and YAML structure, with ability to support and extend automation tasks.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
Windows and Linux server administration skills, including file system management, user permissions, service monitoring, and patching.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills for distributed cloud environments.
Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation templates for infrastructure automation.
Exposure to CI/CD pipeline integration and deployment automation in AWS environments.
Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services).
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, or Prometheus/Grafana.
Effective communicator and team collaborator.
