WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own full scenes and sequences end to end: breakdown, reference assets, generation, refinement and handoff

to edit.

- Drive production on Higgsfield with Seedance and Cinema Studio, building prompt structures that hold

character, wardrobe, light and staging consistent across many shots.

- Build and maintain character, location and prop reference assets so continuity holds across episodes.

- Choose the right image or video model for each shot, and keep testing recent ones as they release.

- Fix what generation can't: clean-up, compositing, retiming and stitching in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

- Work with the director on shot design, performance and pacing, and push back when a shot isn't working.

- Review junior artists' work and catch continuity and quality issues before they reach the edit.

- Document what works so the team's workflow gets faster with every episode.

YOU MUST HAVE

- Hands-on experience with Higgsfield is mandatory. Show us what you've generated on it.

- A clear understanding of AI filmmaking workflows and pipelines: how a script becomes locked assets,

generated shots, an edit and a finished sequence.

- Up-to-date awareness of the latest image and video generation models, including Seedance, Cinema Studio,

Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Flux and whatever releases next week.

- 3–5 years in VFX,



animation, post-production or AI content creation.

- Completed AI sequences or shorts that show strong shot-to-shot continuity.

- Strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills; comfortable with compositing and clean-up.

- A solid understanding of cinematography: lenses, camera movement, lighting, blocking and coverage.

- The ability to manage multiple scenes against deadlines without quality slipping.

BONUS POINTS

- Experience with ComfyUI, LoRA training or other character-consistency workflows.

- DaVinci Resolve or colour grading experience.

- Experience on episodic or long-form content.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
