About the Role
Write4U is looking for self-motivated and well-connected Car Loan Agents who can build strong relationships with second-hand car dealers and generate business opportunities for used car financing.
This is a performance-based prospect where agents earn commissions on every successfully disbursed car loan. There is no fixed salary; earnings depend entirely on successful loan disbursements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and establish business relationships with second-hand car dealers.
2. Build and maintain a network of used car dealers, brokers and automobile consultants.
3. Generate potential customer leads requiring second-hand car loans.
4. Coordinate between car dealers, customers and the loan processing team.
5. Assist customers in submitting loan applications and required documentation.
6. Follow up with the loan processing team to ensure smooth application movement.
7. Convert potential leads into successfully sanctioned and disbursed car loans.
8. Maintain regular communication with dealer partners to generate recurring business.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Positive connections with second-hand car dealers and used car markets.
- Experience in car loans, vehicle financing, DSA business or banking sales preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of used car loan documentation and processes.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Freshers with robust dealer connections are also welcome.
Compensation Structure
**100% Variable Pay – No Fixed Salary**
- Earn commission on every successfully disbursed car loan.
- Higher business generation means higher earning potential.
- No upper earning limit.
- Commission will be paid as per the company's agreed payout structure and disbursement verification.
