In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, support the recruitment lifecycle, and help maintain workplace documentation. - End-to-End Recruitment Support: Source candidate profiles from job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, coordinating the joining formalities for recent employees, and collecting necessary background verification documents.
- Employee Record Management: Maintain and update digital and physical employee files, tracking attendance, leave records, and basic personal data.
- Employee Engagement:



Assist in organizing internal team-building activities, festive celebrations, and employee engagement programs.
- Admin Support: Handle basic HR admin tasks, data entry, and coordinate with the operations team for daily workplace requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: MBA in HR, M.Com, BBA, MSW, or any Bachelor’s degree with a keen interest in pursuing an HR career.
- Languages: Good command over English and Tamil (essential for local employee coordination).
- Technical Skills: Basic hands-on knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Traits: Highly organized, reliable, confidential, and a quick learner.
