Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Compliance & Safety Engineer with 4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, product safety, and certification of electrical/electronic products. The role involves conducting compliance assessments, identifying regulatory gaps, coordinating product testing and certifications, supporting global market-access activities,



and ensuring adherence to international safety and EMC standards. The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and external certification bodies to deliver compliant products and support regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Essential Skills:

- Experience in Product Safety, Compliance, and Regulatory Engineering for electrical/electronic products.
- Strong knowledge of IEC/EN/UL/CSA 61010, IEC 60601, EMC requirements, and global compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience in compliance assessments, gap analysis, product safety testing, and certification activities.
- Proficiency in reviewing electrical schematics, BOMs, safety-critical components, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience in regulatory submissions, technical files, product registrations, and market-access activities.
- Knowledge of CE, UKCA, UL, CSA, FDA, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971 requirements.
- Experience working with test labs, certification bodies, and global cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis, CAPA, audit support, and compliance issue resolution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
