Profile: Inventory Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years of experience in handling inventory

Roles:

Manage day-to-day inventory and maintain accurate stock records for automotive products, spare parts, consumables and detailing materials. Monitor inward and outward stock movements and ensure timely system updates. Create, track and coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) with procurement and vendors. Maintain optimum stock levels and identify shortages, excess or slow-moving inventory. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of inventory. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and operations teams for material availability. Update stock details in inventory software/ERP; Uniware knowledge preferred. Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management. Identify and resolve stock mismatches and maintain accurate inventory records. Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred
