Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Resource & Mobilization Officer to manage construction manpower sourcing, labour mobilization, contractor coordination and workforce deployment across project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and maintain a network of labour contractors, manpower suppliers and workforce agencies.
- Mobilize skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower as per project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Arrange manpower for various construction activities, including civil, shuttering, bar bending, masonry, concreting and finishing works.
- Negotiate labour rates, contractor terms and manpower supply arrangements.
- Coordinate worker transportation, accommodation and reporting at project sites.
- Maintain a database of labour contractors, vendors and available manpower resources.
- Monitor manpower deployment, availability and mobilization status across project locations.
- Ensure proper coordination for labour documentation, attendance and onboarding requirements.
- Resolve manpower shortages and mobilization-related issues to avoid project delays.
- Explore new manpower sourcing channels and develop long-term relationships with reliable labour contractors.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower mobilization, labour coordination or resource management.
- Must have experience in the Construction / Infrastructure / EPC industry.
- Robust network of labour contractors and manpower suppliers.
- Experience in mobilizing bulk construction manpower across multiple project sites.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
