Digiweave AI Labs is looking for an enthusiastic and technically curious Junior AI Automation Engineer who is passionate about AI tools, business automation, chatbots, and intelligent workflows.

We are looking for a hands-on problem solver who can use modern AI platforms and automation tools to build practical solutions for real business challenges.

You will work on AI-powered customer support systems, CRM automation, WhatsApp Business integrations, Instagram and Facebook Messenger automation, AI agents, lead management, and automated business workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring new AI technologies, connecting different platforms, building automations, and making business processes smarter and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities1. AI Automation & Workflow Development

- Design, build, and maintain automated business workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Automate repetitive business activities, including lead management, customer follow-ups, notifications, and internal operations.
- Integrate AI models and third-party APIs into automated workflows.
- Develop workflows involving webhooks, triggers, conditional logic, API calls, and data processing.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows.

2. AI Chatbots & Intelligent Agents

- Set up, configure, train, and maintain AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Work with popular AI platforms such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI tools.
- Configure chatbot knowledge bases using business documents, FAQs, websites, and support information.
- Implement prompt engineering, conversation flows, and AI agent instructions.
- Build AI-powered customer support, lead qualification, and follow-up systems.
- Test and improve chatbot response accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
- Assist in developing AI voice agents and conversational automation solutions.

3. WhatsApp, Meta & Social Media Integrations

- Assist in setting up and managing WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) integrations.
- Work with Meta Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, and Meta Developer applications.
- Support Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM integrations.
- Configure WhatsApp message templates, automated replies, chatbot flows, and follow-up campaigns.
- Assist with Meta API permissions, access tokens, webhooks, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support WhatsApp Business Account onboarding, verification, and configuration.
- Work with platforms such as ManyChat and similar conversational marketing tools.
- Help maintain reliable communication between social messaging channels and CRM systems.

CRM & Customer Engagement Automation

- Assist in configuring and maintaining AI-powered CRM automation workflows.
- Build automated lead capture, assignment, qualification, and follow-up processes.
- Connect WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, websites, and other lead sources with CRM systems.
- Configure customer engagement sequences, reminders, and support ticket automation.
- Assist in creating AI-based customer support and ticket management workflows.
- Implement automated notifications, lead status updates, and customer communication processes.
- Support integrations between CRM platforms and external business applications.

5. Google Business & Marketing Automation

- Assist with Google Business Profile management and optimization.
- Build compliant Google review request and customer feedback automation workflows.
- Configure automated review alerts, response drafting, and reputation management processes.
- Explore AI-powered marketing automation and customer engagement tools.
- Support lead generation, customer retention, and marketing follow-up automation.

6. AI Tools, APIs & Technical Support

- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools and platforms.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Use Python or JavaScript for basic scripting, data processing, and custom integrations.
- Assist with AI knowledge bases, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot chatbot, automation, and API integration issues.
- Document workflows, integrations, and automation configurations.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement AI-driven features.
- Provide technical support for AI-powered business applications and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Practical experience and relevant projects will also be considered.
- Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AI chatbots, conversational AI, and chatbot configuration.




- Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer communication workflows.
- Awareness of WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and Meta Business tools.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.

Freshers with hands-on automation projects, chatbot implementations, or relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

Good to Have

- Practical experience with n8n automation workflows.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business Cloud API or Meta Graph API.
- Knowledge of Meta Developer App setup, webhooks, permissions, and access tokens.
- Experience with ManyChat, WATI, Interakt, or similar chatbot platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or custom CRM systems.
- Experience configuring AI agents using OpenAI APIs or similar services.
- Exposure to RAG, vector databases, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile APIs and review management workflows.
- Familiarity with AI voice agents, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech tools.
- Experience integrating Google Sheets, Gmail, calendars, and third-party business applications.
- Understanding of Git/GitHub and basic cloud deployment.
