Job Description

B2B Campus is looking for a responsible, confident, and multitasking qualified to manage student admissions, branch operations, HR coordination, and logistics-related activities at our Bathinda branch.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle calls and walk-in visitors, and the confidence to convert student inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on admission inquiries.
- Counsel students about available courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in visitors, address their queries, and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions and achieve admission targets.
- Manage daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Handle basic HR tasks, including attendance, employee records, and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics-related activities and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with other branches regarding HR,



administration, and operational matters.
- Maintain admission records, call reports, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in admission counselling, education, HR, administration, or operations.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in calling, lead follow-ups, and student admissions will be preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle branch responsibilities independently.
- Comfortable working with admission targets and coordinating across branches.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
