Experience: 0 - 3 Years

(Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.)

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and well-organized Tele caller to support the institution's admission and student outreach activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, providing information about academic programmes, explaining admission procedures, and generating admission enquiries through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate admission enquiries.
- Explain the institution's academic programmes, courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and regularly update student enquiry databases and call records.




- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams regarding admission progress.
- Share relevant admission details through WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions for interested students and parents.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with students and parents.

Educational Qualification

- Any Undergraduate Degree (UG).
- Candidates with good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to handle student and parent enquiries effectively.
- Positive follow-up and lead management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
