ROLES & RESPONSIBILIES:

- Launch and fine-tune campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Search and YouTube
- Test creatives, copy and audiences every week to bring down cost per lead
- Plan and track monthly ad budgets, putting spend where it gives the best returns
- Team up with Sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions
- Report what’s working, what isn’t and what to do next, every week

What we’re looking for

- Real hands-on experience running lead-gen campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Comfort with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and a CRM like Zoho or HubSpot
- A sharp eye for numbers (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
- Confidence managing a ₹5 Lakh monthly ad budget
