We are looking for a confident, presentable, and camera-friendly candidate to join our team. The candidate will handle IndiaMART customer enquiries and also appear in short social media videos to promote our products and brand.
Responsibilities
- Handle IndiaMART enquiries and call potential customers.
- Explain products, generate sales leads, and follow up with customers.
- Communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily calling records and lead updates.
- Appear in Instagram Reels and other social media videos.
- Present and demonstrate products confidently on camera.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional content.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Confident, well-presented, and professional personality.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in videos.
- Valuable speaking skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and camera confidence can also apply.
