Job Title: Field officer

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field officer to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of business activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing teams, improving operational efficiency, Providing manpower and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower sourcing and Shortage fulfilling( Main responsibility )

Manage and supervise day-to-day operations

Coordinate with clients and internal teams

Ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction

Monitor guards performance and provide guidance/training

Submitting all documents to clients

Checks deposit

Resolve operational issues in sites and emergencies effectively

Qualification:

(10+2) or Graduate in any discipline

Experience:





Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Security field officer .

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure

Fulfill the manpower in the allotted sites

Languages:

Telugu and Hindi

Salary:

28000-35000
