We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee four-wheeler collision repair operations, team management, and workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise accident repair workflows, structural alignment, denting, and painting processes for passenger vehicles.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors, manage claim approvals, and ensure accurate repair estimates.
- Maintain high quality-control standards, monitor turnaround times, and mentor technicians.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing an automotive bodyshop or service facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of contemporary four-wheeler body panels, painting techniques, and insurance claim procedures.
Lead our service team to deliver exceptional repair standards and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
