We are looking for an energetic, street-smart Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our on-ground expansion and drive app adoption across premier housing societies.
Job PurposeAs a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be the face of our app on the ground. Your role bridges the gap between B2B sales (pitching and closing deals with Society Management Committees) and B2C marketing (onboarding residents and driving daily active app usage).
Key Responsibilities1. B2B Lead Generation & Closures (50%)

- Identify, map, and pitch to Management Committees (RWA), Society Presidents, and Secretaries within target residential sectors.
- Conduct live, engaging demos of our Android app to committee members, highlighting key features like billing, security, or facility management.




- Handle objections, negotiate trial periods, and secure formal permissions to launch the app within the society.

2. Hyper-Local Marketing & On-Ground Activation (30%)

- Organise and execute weekend kiosks, society helpdesks, and live community events to interact directly with residents.
- Deploy physical marketing collateral (posters, banners, lift flyers) in high-traffic zones within signed-up societies.
- Coordinate with society admins to push official announcement links into residents' WhatsApp/Telegram groups.

3. User Onboarding & Retention (20%)

- Assist residents (especially senior citizens) on the ground with downloading, registering, and navigating the Android app.
- Gather real-time user feedback on app performance and collaborate with the product/development team to fix friction points.
- Monitor daily active usage (DAU) inside launched societies and run targeted engagement campaigns to reduce app uninstalls.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
