WE ARE HIRING – HR RECRUITER (IT & NON-IT)

Job Location: Thane (Naupada), Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, selection, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT technologies, non-technical roles, and recruitment strategies, along with the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare or review Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

IT Recruitment Knowledge

Basic-to-good understanding of IT profiles and technologies, including:

- Software Developer / Full Stack Developer
- Java, Python, and .NET Developers
- Web Developers
- Data Analyst / Data Scientist




- Cloud Engineer / DevOps Engineer
- Cyber Security Professionals
- Network Engineers
- QA / Software Testing
- Database / SQL
- UI/UX Designers
- Technical Support / IT Support

Note: Technical expertise is not mandatory, but the candidate should be able to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant skills.

Non-IT Recruitment Knowledge

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing abilities.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment will be preferred.
