Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in villa and high-rise building construction.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and make key technical decisions.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, structural plans and construction specifications.
- Experience in site execution, planning, supervision and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Manage labour, materials, project timelines and daily site activities.
- Ensure construction quality, safety standards and timely project completion.
